Stockholm, December 1, 2006 – C MORE Entertainment AB announced today the appointment of Per Borgklint (34) as Managing Director C MORE Entertainment AB, the operator of the premium Pay TV services under the CANAL+ brand in the Nordic region, starting in early 2007. The announcement was made by Manfred Aronsson, Chairman of the Board of Directors of C MORE, who will continue as Chairman. C MORE is owned by the SBS Broadcasting Group.

Mr. Borgklint will be based in Stockholm with overall responsibility for the C MORE operations, focusing on the further development of the C MORE Group businesses, driving growth and increasing profitability across all of CANAL+’s Nordic territories.

In making the announcement, Mr. Aronsson said: “I’m pleased to announce the appointment of Per Borgklint as Managing Director of C MORE Entertainment. Per has been very successful in managing subscriber-based businesses like C MORE. He will bring a fresh perspective to C MORE and will play an important role in strengthening C MORE’s position as the leading premium Pay TV provider of top films and sports, such as the recently renewed F.A. Premier League football, under the CANAL+ brand in the Nordic region. I look forward to working closely with Per to find further opportunities to grow the business together with our commercial partners, as well as to create further synergies between SBS’s Pay TV and commercial television operations in the Nordic region.”

Mr. Borgklint will join C MORE from Versatel, a Netherlands-based telecommunications company within the Tele2 Group, where he currently serves as managing director. In addition, he currently serves as market area director of Tele2 Benelux and chief executive officer of Tele2 Netherlands. Prior to that, Mr. Borgklint held a position as chief executive officer of Optimal Telecom in Sweden. He is of Swedish nationality.
