Luxembourg, September 28, 2006 - SBS Broadcasting Sarl announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the remaining 28 0.000000e+00quity stake in SBS Radio AB from Bonnier Gaming AB and now owns 1000f the company. The terms of the acquisition are confidential. SBS Radio AB was formed in 2003 when SBS and Bonnier merged their Swedish radio operations.
SBS Radio is the second largest radio operator in Sweden reaching 3.3 million weekly listeners. SBS Radio operates two of Sweden’s largest radio networks, Mix Megapol and The Voice, plus the radio stations Rockklassiker, Vinyl and Studio 107.5. In February 2006, SBS Radio AB acquired Hit FM in Växjö and seven stations from Fria Media, which became part of the Mix Megapol network.

SBS Radio is the leading radio operator in the Nordic region with radio stations in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark, with 7.4 million weekly listeners. In Sweden, SBS Radio has a 42hare of the radio advertising market. In Denmark, SBS Radio is the market leader with a 37hare of radio advertising. In Finland and Norway, SBS is the second largest radio operator with a radio advertising share of 28% and 23%, respectively.
