SBS Broadcasting Appoints Graham Bryce Senior Vice President Radio Group

Luxembourg, June 29, 2006 - SBS Broadcasting Sarl announced today the appointment of Graham Bryce (39) as Senior Vice President of SBS Radio Group. The announcement was made today by Patrick Tillieux, Chief Operating Officer and acting Chief Executive Officer of the SBS Broadcasting Group.


Mr. Bryce will have overall responsibility for the SBS Radio Group, focusing on the development and execution of the business strategy, driving growth and increasing profitability across all operating units. He will be based in Amsterdam.


Mr. Bryce previously held various senior management positions with GCap Media plc (formerly Capital Radio plc) in the United Kingdom. Most recently, he served as managing director of the popular Xfm, Choice FM and Capital Gold radio networks.

In making the announcement, Mr. Tillieux said: "I am delighted that Graham Bryce has joined the SBS Radio Group.
