SBS Broadcasting Acquires Vitosha FM National Radio Network In Bulgaria

Leading FM Network and Stations in Two Largest Cities Provide Strong Growth Platform

Luxembourg, May 5, 2006 – SBS Broadcasting Sŕrl announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Vitosha FM - the company that controls the Radio Vitosha national network in Bulgaria, as well as Radio Atlantik in Sofia and Radio Ritmo in Plovdiv. Covering all major cities in Bulgaria, Vitosha FM plays international hit music and is a leading station in the 15-30 year-old target group. The terms of the acquisition are confidential.

With a substantial broadcasting presence in the region, the acquisition is SBS’s first in Bulgaria. In Romania SBS owns and operates the country’s leading radio network, Kiss FM, and Prima TV. In Greece SBS also operates the leading station in Athens, Lampsi FM.

Inko Razpopov, the former managing director of Vitosha FM said that he was pleased a deal had been completed with SBS to take Vitosha Group to the next stage of commercial radio development.
