Munich, March 23, 2004. The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG will propose to the annual meeting of shareholders in May 2004 a dividend of 0.02 Euro per share of preferred stock for the fiscal year 2003. In all some 2 million Euro of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG’s balance sheet profit of approximately 34 million Euro is to be distributed in dividends to preference shareholders. Euro 16 million will be proposed to be allocated to revenue reserves. Approximately Euro 16 million will be carried forward to the new accounting period. A total of 2 million Euro of the balance sheet profit of 2.5 million Euro were distributed to preference shareholders last year.
