Munich, April 15, 2003. The Executive Board and Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG will propose to the annual meeting of shareholders on June 16, 2003, to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.02 per share of preferred stock. Out of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG’s balance sheet profit of EUR 2.5 million for fiscal 2002, some EUR 2 million will be paid out to preferred shareholders. Approximately EUR 0.5 million will be carried forward to the new accounting period. In 2002 the company paid a dividend of EUR 0.16 per preferred share and EUR 0.14 per common share.
