Employees are the ProSiebenSat.1 Group’s most precious capital. That’s why pay commensurates with performance and professional development as well as high-quality office equipment are a matter of course here. Our “TOP Goals” program enables employees to define goals with their supervisors: if those goals are achieved, the employee gets a bonus at year’s end. Feedback meetings are held regularly to support them in this process. Management personnel have their own professional support and development program, PROFI.

The Company supports employees in striking the right balance between job and personal life. We offer staff a number of services that make off-the-job life easier, as well.

Pension coverage

Today, private retirement coverage has become indispensable. To enable staff to make the most of tax and social-insurance advantages, ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG contributes toward direct insurance or the applicable public pension fund. In addition, all permanent employees are covered by private group accident insurance.

Health

We care about our employees’ health and fitness. Three times a week, our staff can consult our company doctor at no charge. A masseur makes a house call at the Munich site two days a week. And for anyone who wants to do a little extra for their health, the Company organizes back-school classes and yoga courses.


Job and family

ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG actively supports is employees in reconciling job life with family life. At its Munich site, the Company has its own day care center, with 21 half-day and full-day openings. At the Berlin site, employees have the option of placing their children in the nearest outside day care center. All parents who have children of pre-school age receive a child care grant. And the Company provides tax-free congratulatory bonuses when staff get married or have children.

Cafeteria, snacks and coffee

ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG subsidizes a cafeteria at both its locations. Each day there’s a large selection of freshly prepared meals. A salad bar and a daily change of menu ensure that there’s something for every palate. After lunch, diners can pick up an espresso at the Lavazza coffee bar. For snacks our employees can go to the bistro. The Company provides coffee, tea, water and fresh fruit for all, at no charge.


More time for the finer things

We all know some things are no fun but have to be done anyway. That’s why we work with outside service providers who take some of the burden off our staff. There’s a pickup and drop-off laundry service, and a tailor comes regularly to the office to make alterations. Employees can get their car washed while they’re at work. An outside concierge service can track down anything from a handyman to a baby sitter.

Partying together

Our Berlin and Munich sites both throw a summer fête every summer and a Christmas party every winter. And for our employees’ kids, we organize a children’s Christmas excursion, with a trip to the theater or the movies.
