Early redemption of Euro 150 m 6.25% Notes 2004/2009

In accordance with the indenture under which the notes were issued, ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG exercised its right to redeem all of the outstanding notes on August 1, 2007. The notes were redeemed at a redemption price of 101.858 per cent of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest. In conjunction with the early redemption, the ratings of the rating agencies Moody’s and FitchRatings were withdrawn.
