Petra Fink becomes Senior Vice President Business Development and Speaker of German Free TV Holding
Petra Fink (39), Head of Corporate Communications and Business Development at ProSieben Television will assume the positions of Senior Vice President Business Development and
Speaker of German Free TV Holding from September 15, 2008. She will report to Andreas Bartl, Member of the Executive Board for German Free TV. Fink will assume responsibility for communications of all topics relevant to the German Free TV division of the Executive Board.

Klaus-Peter Schulz to join Executive Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG as Head of Sales & Marketing
Klaus-Peter Schulz, 49, will join the Executive Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG from September 1, 2008 as Head of Sales & Marketing. He will be responsible for sales, marketing and research in German-speaking
countries, as well as for the coordination of international sales activities. Schulz is succeeding Peter Christmann, who left the company at the end of June 2008.
Marcus Wolter, 40, Managing Director of 9Live Fernsehen GmbH and 9Live International GmbH, will be leaving the company at his own wish as of September 30, 2008. Wolter joined 9Live in 200s, initially as a programming director and a member
of management, and was then appointed the station’s Managing Director in 2003.

Sat.1, ProSieben, kabel eins and N24. In his first big interview with Germany’s media weekly “Horizont”, Bartl is ambitious: “We want to become European champion”.
TV Sciencetainment Magazine Galileo to Debut in Norway and Sweden
"Galileo" (ProSieben), Germanys most successful sciencetainment magazine, will air in Sweden and Norway this fall. The program will have its own host in each country, and will retain its original title "Galileo". Besides Sweden and Norway, the sciencetainment magazine also appears on stations in six other countries.
The ProSiebenSat.1 Group continues to move ahead with the internationalization of its Games operations. The latest step is the launch a few days ago of the Dutch analog of the German games portal SevenGames.
UEFA Champions League and UEFA Cup: ProSiebenSat.1 Group obtains largest live soccer rights package in German Free TV
ProSiebenSat.1 Group maintains its position as a provider of first-class international soccer events and has obtained the largest live soccer rights package in German Free TV. The agreement with UEFA, the Union of
European Football Associations, includes 17 top games of the UEFA Champion League as well as 29 games of the UEFA Cup of all three seasons from 2009/2010 to 2011/2012. Sat.1 will be broadcasting both tournaments in German Free TV.
CEO Guillaume de Posch to Leave ProSiebenSat.1 Group/Andreas Bartl Joins Executive Board
Munich, June 17, 2008. Guillaume de Posch, Chairman of the Executive Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, will leave the company at his own request on December 31, 2008. This was agreed upon today in
mutual consent by the the Supervisory Board and the CEO. Guillaume de Posch has been CEO of ProSiebenSat.1 for the last four years. Andreas Bartl, since May 2008 Managing Director of ProSiebenSat.1s subsidiary German Free-TV Holding GmbH, today joined the Executive Board with responsibility for the management segment German Free-TV.
The German Free TV Group, made up of the four stations Sat.1, ProSieben, kabel eins and N24, is pooling its marketing expertise in a centralized unit. Under the leadership of Malte Hildebrandt, six centralized competence teams will begin supporting the free TV stations’ marketing activities as of October 1, 2008.

A new website: the ProSiebenSat.1 Group acquires Fem.com, a womens content portal
The ProSiebenSat.1 Group has acquired Feeem Media GmbH. Based in Munich, the company operates the womens content portal www.Fem.com which has seen dramatic growth in Germany. Through its 100-percent acquisition of the company,
the ProSiebenSat.1 Group continues to expand its presence in the digital world and adds women as a key target group to the ProSiebenSat.1 Networld portfolio.
The ProSiebenSat.1 Group has set up a new production company, Red Seven Entertainment. Red Seven Entertainment will be producing light entertainment programming for the pan-European TV group.
Andreas Bartl appointed Managing Director German Free TV at ProSiebenSat.1 Group
Andreas Bartl, 45, will take over as Managing Director for German Free TV at the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. He will have overall responsibility for the Group's four principal German-language stations: Sat.1, ProSieben, kabel eins and N24. The reorganization aims to reinforce the
Group's strong YTD ratings and to strategically strengthen content. The centralized structure is also intended to strengthen inter-platform usage of programming content. The new set-up is also an alignment to the Group's successful operational model in other countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden or Norway.
Axel Salzmann, 49, will take over the position of Chief Financial Officer for the ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on June 11, 2008 and he will be responsible for group financial control, finance and investor relations, legal affairs, regulatory affairs and administration. Axel Salzmann will succeed Lothar Lanz.

ProSiebenSat.1 Group extends multi-year deal with The Walt Disney Company
In a multi-year agreement, the ProSiebenSat.1 Group has licensed the German Free TV rights for future TV entertainment from Disney-ABC International Television.
ProSieben and SBS6 jointly produced “The New Uri Geller” TV show in Cologne. This back-to-back production for Germany and Holland proves how synergy effects work within the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. The show is about to start in Hungary.
ProSiebenSat.1 programs generate ratings that go beyond the company’s own channels. Stations from all over the world buy content from the European TV Group. Jens Richter is responsible for the international marketing of shows, series and movies.
