ProSiebenSat.1 Group acquires more than 250 movies for maxdome: Rights agreement with major studio

Munich, February 16, 2012. The ProSiebenSat.1 Group has entered into a movie deal for its video-on-demand portal, maxdome. The deal adds 250 movies from Twentieth Century Fox to the online video store's selection of movies, underscoring its market leadership position in Europe.

Thanks to this deal, maxdome's diverse offering of blockbuster movies now boasts many new classics. Starting immediately, for example, maxdome's selection includes "Planet der Affen," "Percy Jackson - Diebe im Olymp" and "Alvin and the Chipmunks."
