More ProSiebenSat.1 Group Annual General Meeting and Separate Meeting of Preference Shareholders 2013 In the first quarter of 2013, the ProSiebenSat.1 Group continued to grow dynamically. The Group increased its total revenues by 12.7% to EUR 562.8 million (previous year: EUR 499.4 million). Recurring EBITDA exceeded the previous year’s figure by 4.7% and reached EUR 128.0 million (previous year: EUR 122.2 million). All three segments contributed to this positive development.
