The Executive Board of the ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG

Conrad Albert has been member of the Executive Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG since October 1st, 2011. He was General Counsel of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group from 2006 to 2011 and responsible across the Group for Legal, Distribution & Regulatory Affairs. Thus all legal matters, media policy and the technical transmission of program contents are part of his remit. Albert worked at the Euvia Media Group until it was acquired by ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG in 2005. As head of Legal & Business Affairs, he was responsible for legal matters as well as transmission and media policy for the "9Live" and "sonnenklar TV" stations. Prior to this, he headed the Corporate Office and the Human Resources department at HOT Networks AG. Conrad Albert began his career as an attorney. He then moved to what was VIAG Interkom (now O2). Conrad Albert is Vice Chairman of the Association of Private Radio and Television Media (VPRT), member of the Advisory Council at Gesellschaft zur Verwertung der Urheber- und Leistungsschutzrechte von Medienunternehmen mbH (VG Media GmbH) and member of the Advisory Council of the HSE24 station.
