Each day ProSiebenSat.1 reaches millions of people. Around the world, they experience our content on television, computer, tablet and smartphone. As a privately-owned TV group, we see this as a huge opportunity. We want to contribute to society and interest people, and especially the young, in the important issues of our time. In doing so, we focus on four objectives - create opportunities, engage culture, communicate values, and build knowledge. For example, we support film students with know-how, finances and even air time. With formats like "The Biggest Loser" on SAT.1 and campaigns like "Seven Moves" on ProSieben, we get viewers interested in healthier lifestyles. We also offer over 90 hours of informational programming each week, and much more during major events in the world. Our goal is t ocommunicate important issues interestingly, and thereby create perspectives. We are assisted in this by the advice of people in the society around us, including in our Advisory Board. The ProSiebenSat.1 Group collects donations for needy children through charity campaigns. In addition, a competition spurs cooperation among social projects and experts from private enterprises.
Talent needs a place to grow, so the ProSiebenSat.1 Group supports newcomers entering the film and music business, and helps young people in their personal development.
The ProSiebenSat.1 Group promotes tolerance, diversity, and sustainability. It uses its wide reach to communicate these values to as many people as possible.
