Regular reports and Ad Hoc disclosures
In its financial reports, the ProSiebenSat.1 Group discloses information about its current business developments four times a year. The publication dates of the annual report, quarterly reports and half-year report are communicated in advance in the financial calendar.

Information relevant to the share price according to the definition of Section 15 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) is published as Ad Hoc disclosures, beyond the information contained in the company's regular financial reports. Company information that is published in foreign countries in order to fulfill foreign laws and regulations applicable to capital markets is also promptly published in the English language. In the interest of fair communication and providing prompt information in Germany and abroad, ProSiebenSat.1 uses the Internet, in particular, as a communication channel.

Accounting standards
For its financial reporting, the ProSiebenSat.1 Group applies International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The annual financial statements of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, as the Group´s parent company, are prepared in accordance with the financial reporting regulations of the German Commercial Code (HGB). Both sets of financial statements are audited and certified by an independent accounting firm.

In addition to the wide range of information made available on the Internet, ProSiebenSat.1 also communicates directly with journalists, stock analysts and its shareholders.
