ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG is a stock exchange-listed company with its registered head office in Unterföhring, near Munich. A stock corporation organized under German law has three main corporate bodies.
Committees of the Supervisory Board
In order to work efficiently, the Supervisory Board of
ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG employs various committees. All important
information about the work of these committees and their

Compensation of the Supervisory Board
The compensation of the Supervisory Board is determined
in the Articles of Incorporation of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. The
members of the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG receive
a fixed compensation. Their work on the committees of the
Supervisory Board is compensated by means of separate attendance
fees. The compensation of the Supervisory Board is explained in
detail and disclosed in itemized form in the Annual Report
2011.
