Articles of Incorporation
The German Stock Corporations Act requires stock corporations to adopt the Articles of Incorporation.
The Articles of Incorporation of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG govern
various aspects of the company, including, for example, the
company's registered head office, its business object and the
amount and composition of share capital. ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG is
registered at the District Court of the Munich Local Court under
the number HRB 124169. According to the company's Articles of
Incorporation, its registered head office is located in
Unterföhring, in Germany.
