SevenPictures acts as a co-producer for four to five German theatrical films a year. It focuses on high-quality subjects with a potential audience both in theaters and on television. For the younger target audience served by ProSieben, SevenPictures mainly looks for theatrical-release materials for the Thursday prime time slot, including projects involving rising talents, like “Ganz und Gar.” For Sat.1, SevenPictures participates in theatrical film projects with broad audience appeal, to be broadcast on weekends as “Great German Theatrical Films.”
