SBS NET (Denmark)


The programming of SBS NET is based on international programming with a focus on light documentaries, travel programs, sitcoms and movies. SBS NET features a variety of U.S. and U.K. produced series like "Monkey Business", "FBI Files", "SAS – Are You Tough Enough?" as well as popular classic movies such as "Full Metal Jacket", "Rain Man", "Empire of the Sun" and "Cape Fear". And every Sunday it's Sci-Fi night with the series "Stargate SG-1" and "Battlestar Galactica", followed by a Sci-Fi movie. SBS NET also broadcasts locally produced news from six different places in Denmark.

SBS NET is broadcast from Denmark and reaches more than 75 percent of all Danish households via terrestrial, cable and satellite distribution. The channel targets viewers between the ages of 21 - 50, slightly skewed towards male viewers. SBS NET was launched in January 2007.
