Rockklassiker has an unique position as the only rock station in Stockholm. The radio station features the perfect blend of classic rock favorites. Case in point is the breakfast show “Morronrock”, a great mix of rock music and entertainment. It is moderated by Ian Haugland, former drummer of the famous rock band Europe, and radio veteran Ina Jönsson, who together form Stockholm's only Rock’n Roll wake-up crew. The proof of Rockklassiker’s successful formula lies in its extremely loyal audience and the fact that Rockklassiker was elected "Radio Station of the Year 2001" by the Swedish Radio Academy.

In 2005, Rockklassiker had a weekly reach of 31.6% within its commercial target group in Stockholm (Source: RUAB). Rockklassiker (formerly Classical Hits) started broadcasting in 1994.
