TV2 established itself as Hungary’s second largest nationwide commercial television station. TV2 reaches 96.9 percent of the Hungarian households via terrestrial, cable and satellite distribution. The channel predominantly targets viewers between 18-49. TV2 was launched in October 1997 as Hungary's first commercial broadcasting station, quickly becoming the market leader until the end of 1998.
