ProSiebenSat.1 TV Deutschland GmbH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. For one year now, the Group’s German advertising-financed TV stations have been working successfully together under the roof of this company based in Unterföhring, near Munich. In May, they were reinforced by the new women’s channel sixx.
The four-member family of TV stations offers strong broadcaster brands with recognition value, sharply defined profiles and a colorful mix of popular, widely known, splendid and innovative programs. Thanks to the optimal coordination of brands, strategies and programming schemes, the TV station group achieved a top market share of 30.1 percent in the advertising-relevant demographic last year. Also in the future, it will continue to provide its viewers with the best entertainment in German television.
