NOVAfm was launched September 8th 2008. NOVA fm is the new national commercial radio station in Denmark with the slogan „The best music here and now“ The station focus is on variation and quality in music and NOVA fm aims at an audience 25-50 years of age. The station delivers great entertainment combined with serious journalism provided by professinal hosts.

NOVAfm has a penetration of approximately 1.4 million of the Danish households. NOVAfm is the largest commercial radio station in Denmark. In March 2010 the commercial share was 25.6 percent of the commercial radio market.
