Andreas Bartl appointed Managing Director German Free TV at ProSiebenSat.1 Group

Andreas Bartl, 45, will take over as Managing Director for German Free TV at the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. He will have overall responsibility for the Group's four principal German-language stations: Sat.1, ProSieben, kabel eins and N24. The reorganization aims to reinforce the

Group's strong YTD ratings and to strategically strengthen content. The centralized structure is also intended to strengthen inter-platform usage of programming content. The new set-up is also an alignment to the Group's successful operational model in other countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden or Norway.

Axel Salzmann as New CFO at ProSiebenSat.1

Axel Salzmann, 49, will take over the position of Chief Financial Officer for the ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on June 11, 2008 and he will be responsible for group financial control, finance and investor relations, legal affairs, regulatory affairs and administration. Axel Salzmann will succeed Lothar Lanz.

ProSieben and SBS6 jointly produced “The New Uri Geller” TV show in Cologne. This back-to-back production for Germany and Holland proves how synergy effects work within the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. The show is about to start in Hungary.
